I am a Black belt under Master Ammons, in my time at his gym I learned many things I now pass on to my children. He is not only a legit instructor, but a good person who has taught me many things over the years I now understand as an adult. We had many who went off to have MMA success as well as he teaches what he believes works and not just the point fighting style.
