Bad experience....Not Ethical
Unethical business practices..
Kim lies and makes her mistake your problem...she sold me a business class ticket....when I get to airport it's not in system.... I have to take an economic seat...i called her office and they avoid my my issue....they say I do not have a business seat however the print ou she gave me in the office states business and she charged ne a business price ticket....after having to go tho the office in person she gave me the difference back in rhe ticket price.... just going back to say she lied. Bad business practices...
