I have been a patient of Dr. Kalra for almost 4 years now, and he has been nothing short of an amazing dentist. I felt pretty indifferent to the clinic and the staff until today. I was given an appointment for 10 am, showed up exactly on time to be told that my appointment was for 2 pm apperently. They were polite but the way they handled the conversation in my opinion was mediocre at best, never admitted fault, told me the other patient appointment was booked way in advance (which is likely given that they offered me this appointment 3 days ago), they missed all the ABCs of how to apologize. The appointment was not booked over the phone but rather in person, and I added it to my calendar right away, and I have a very important meeting at 2 today, that I can't even humor the thought of double booking myself. I would say avoid Southwood dental if your time is valuable and you can't afford such a mistake be it whether you're busy, or it's a bit of a commute for you to get there.
