Unprofessional individual with a lack of understanding of basic hair styling and treatment options she provides such as keratin treatment/Brazilian blowout effects and outcomes. I expressed concern I had dyed my hair the day before and didnt know if I should continue, she indicated she does not have any basic understanding of the work. After complaining, she insist it was not her job to understand. My hair is ruined after promised it would lose its frizz. Don’t go to her.
