Punishes children and terrorize them. I came here to get my daughters hair double French braided for her gymnastics meet. I made an appointment for 10:30am. We had to be at competition at 11:30am. I had no wiggle room. My appointment got pushed back by 15 mins. I told the rude receptionist that I can't wait a minute longer than 10:45am and she told my child (a 6 year old about an hour before her first gymnastics meet) that she would not take her and do her hair. She almost had my daughter in tears. There is no reason to push a 5 minute French braid back by 15 minutes for a customer then scare the child and say she wasn't going to take us now because I told her I wouldn't wait a min past 10:45am. I also go there for full highlights and cut. I will never come back and will be sure to tell everyone I know they terrorize children and are not empathetic to someone's tight schedule. There will be reviews all over social media and the internet. OWNER IS A LIAR AND WAS NOT PRESENT AT THE INTER
