I flew from Phoenix to Kokomo for a wedding. I made an appt. a few weeks ago for a blowout the day of the wedding, 7/03. I went to the salon and the door was locked. No lights were on. I called the salon number, but no one answered. I was in a panic. I did not pack my blow dryer. I drove around a town I do not know looking for a salon. I did find one, thank goodness. It is now 7/07 and. Have not received a return phone call. I do not know how a new business will survive with that type of service. VERY in professional!!!!!!!
