I am Dushyant DesaiI came for my haircut and was told last week that my hair cutter was on vacation and can cut on Monday Ie todayI was little late by 15 minutes but was told to reschedule on some other day I would like to put on record that last time When I came on 30 or 31 July I was in time but was served late by 10 minutes If I can condone this delay can my delay not be condone And further I waited for a week and if for any reason I get late It cannot be condone Firther on the card of my appointment it is written that if I do not show up I will be charged Then what about the delay if I m made to wait for some minutes 10 minutes on your side and 15 minutes delay on my side needs to be condoned as per the customer service I m aggrieved are you with me?
