I called to make an appointment for a pedicure. Well I had an emergency come up that I had been dealing with so therefore I was unable to make it to the appointment and did not have time to call to cancel because I was dealing with something. The owner literally text me on my personal phone number saying “ We are opening business in order to serve customers, not for playing, ok . If you want to play go play with someone else” I explained the situation and he/she proceeded to text me and say “ You are an idiot”. I wish I could put the conversation on here to show I am not making this up. This person literally called me an idiot through my personal phone number. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will be telling everyone I know about it.
