City Brick Contracting was contracted to provide labour only to install pavers at the Customs House project in Victoria BC. City Brick demanded a $10,000 deposit which was provided to Travis the owner of City Brick by e-transfer on Friday August 27. His crew began the work on Tuesday August 31 and stayed until Thursday September 2. His young crew did not have the knowledge nor the experience to do the job. In the process 200sf of pavers were damaged by them installing poly sand and not cleaning it off properly. Those pavers that they did install and that they stained, had to all be removed. Jivko tried many times to get in contact with Travis but Travis ignored his texts and messages. Meanwhile still having $10000 that Jivko gave him to do the work. Now we have to take legal action to collect our money back
