As a customer I have to say I've never experienced worse service. This company is almost completely unresponsive - after taking our money they promptly forgot about us for the next 7 weeks. When contacted, the company representative became defensive and wanted to argue. What a mistake to hire this company even to just pour a small concrete pad! There has been no prep work done, no calls, nothing - "Just give us your money and maybe we'll do the job, maybe not, but who knows when?" has been their response!
