I called Century for a driveway sealing on Friday, September 17 at 3:46 PM, Monday, September 20 at 1:54 PM; and Tuesday, September 21 at 12:46 PM. Three strikes. I asked them to call me back but they never call. Not worth to call them. Century is not a "real commercial business" and not like other asphalt businesses that I have had no problems with. If you try to call them, do not just call them often and can call others. Many asphalt businesses in Rochester, NY. Should not we worry about Century? Let them learn a lesson and do serve customers better.
