I read a lot of reviews for Keyrate and came to an conclusion that they are a great company. Which I am sure they are. I just found out that for my need of guidance I the agent working with me was not the best. I am an first time home buyer and despite my research I could still use some guidance. So here I go with couple of points that disturbed me a lot. 1) Credit Score hit: I reached this person from Key Rate in March 2021 and I mentioned to her that I do not want her to pull my hard credit report before we sit down together and prepare a full report on what I could put down the application for. She promised me the same, and then since the mortgage amount was lower for GTA marked, I asked her to wait till June 2021 when I was due to get my promotion. Come June 2021 and I went to her again with same direction and she said okay. I learnt about equifax, I pulled my credit report and I was 10 points down from March and June 2021.
