Maurice is God-sent to us. We learned of him from our good friend and sister-in-Christ Linda S. Our daughter and her husband needed a mortgage for their first home. Hence their funds is not even close to ideal, their case was very difficult and complicated, BUT MAURICE MADE IT POSSIBLE for their dreams to be achievable. He worked all his “magic” to help them. He exhausted his resources in order to make their experience smoother despite many ups and downs. He cared. He even helped with the emotional and spiritual aspects which eased up the anxieties that came with the process. Way to go Maurice! Keep up the good work!
