Maria really helped bring us over to BMO. We have been with another major bank for years. When it came time to re-finance our home, our bank did not help us in the way we needed it. When we reach out to BMO, Maria was the one who contacted us back. She took all our information, stirred it all up, in a pot, and came back with really good news, we were accepted! She got us set up at one of the branches and gave us an excellent Lawyer to proccess the paperwork. Maria took all the stess off us and met the closing date we needed. This is how a bank should run where people are treated as people and not just numbers. Maria is an outstanding person and take her job to heart.
