Thank you Denise for taking care of my 1st Time Buyers. Denise pulled through for them as they were "pre qualified with their bank RBC" seems they were not and it was a complete mess. I contacted Denise to help they being that we went in firm based on the advise from RBC. Thank goodness they has sufficient Down Payment but still new to Canada and Denise go them approved with a B Lender but still a great rate.
