I had a terrible experience today. I don't know about the other persons in shop but there is old man working there ,he is very rude and he don't know even ABC of customer service . If you ask question or try to negotiate then he becomes rude, loud and loose his calm. He also called me clever and use inappropriate words for me. I made a mistake coming to this place and don't want others would do same . No matter how good the shop or designs are but if you don't respect or treat your customers well, you don't deserve nothing. I wish i can complaint or do something much more about this terrible experience.
