My Fiancé and I were so excited to start our ring design at Moissy in Toronto, but little did we know it would turn out to be the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... After 8 trips out to the store because of countless mistakes we in the end got a full refund and are now starting the ring design in a more reliable store. It started with the wrong size in the band, then two resizing mistakes and also two chips in the band and diamond, that i was told was ''meant to be there''. Also after all the mistakes they would send us automatic emails to say our order was ready. Such bad customer service, not even a phone call. They made something so important to us feel like nothing in the end. The ring was so badly done it felt like a second hand ring. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
