Horrible experience
If I could I would give this guy a zero star review, we purchased a custom pendant after about a week the clasp broke and the gold plating wore off. After many email exchanges he agreed to repair these issues. when It was returned nothing was repaired, the way it was sent it was returned. I had to finally file a claim with PayPal that I won ,full refund. This guy is extremely unprofessional, harassing to the point of being a stalker. unprovoked personal attacks, cursing and rudeness. Save yourself the trouble find someone else.

Too bad I can't give the customer a 1 star rating. He is crazy and a liar. His daughter wore a pendant for about 3 weeks, wrecked it, and then told me it needed to be replated. After that mount of time, nothing should need to be replated. Yet, I agreed to do it for free to keep her happy. However, when I received the pendant back, it was basically ruined. She had bent the bail in multiple directions, it was cracked, and the chain was had a kink in it. All of which signify that the chain or pendant had been caught on something and yanked on. So, I refused to fix it for free and returned it. They filed a chargeback, which I won, not them. After losing, they are angry and have written the same review anywhere they can. They also called me 8 times harassing me. I would not wish these people on any retailer.
