I took my grandmothers mantle clock to Mo in October of 2023 as the spring had broken. This mantle clock was over 100 years and a limited addition. Mo said they would inspect and call me within the week. After a week i went to their store only to fins the clock was in pieces. They said the mechanism had to be replaced yet I had the spring replaced before. After 12 months and 5 mechanisms (used) I received the clock back which worked for a month. I went to another store who specializes in these mantle clocks and after inspection they said they needed a new wheel. I asked him why and he told me because it was worn out, another used mechanism. I was more interested in the sentimental value as it was a wedding gift for my grandmother. The store keeper told me this was an expensive clock and if in its original condition would be worth $5000. Mo charged me $650 to put used mechanisms and lied to me over and over again. These people really have no idea what they're doing. They really don't deserve a one star. If I could have given them a zero I would have. Bandits
