Poor customer service

I have 7 days to exchange an item during lockdown. How is this possible? I need to make this exchange as the necklace huge. I keep calling and it’s a cellphone. I hope to get a response ASAP to resolve this issue. During lockdown I am unable to go into the store to make an exchange. Also no refunds are offered. I will call tomorrow with the number on the card and in hopes to reach someone.
