Javier has an expired license, has outstanding complaints with NJ consumer affairs, and he is 6 months behind on finishing my house. It's not a delay- he said his kitchen sub ran off with the counters and $9,000. So who is lying? My house doesn't have paint, baseboards, kitchen, plumbing or anything done. He just keeps asking for more money, I'm $20,000 above budget already. He plays the poor spanish card- but DO NOT trust him. I'm paying a mortgage on a house that I can't even drink water out of- he is the worst contractor I've ever experienced and I'm an investor for a long time. Best of Luck!
