I had high hopes for this business helping us with a remodel project. They appear very nice, but hard to reach, and they do not return calls well. After visiting our home, giving us advice and suggestions, Lynne measured everything, took notes, talked to us about lighting, paint, flooring, backsplash, and kitchen counters. She promised to get back to us with a quote, and we never heard from her again. That was 3 years ago. Needless to say, we hired someone else and paid cash for their work but were very disappointed with how we were treated by this business as we wasted several weeks first waiting for their visit and then with their lack of communication and follow through.
