Avoid Yalie if you want good relationships with the neighbors to your projects. One of the crews they brought in on a Capitol Hill job sounded like a big, drunken party (although I'm sure they were sober) and were rude to the neighbors when they complained. When the complaint was taken to their headquarters, they similarly left the neighbors unhappy and the complaint went to the general contractor to deal with. Other subcontractors on the job said they hated working with Yalie as well.
