Juan Ortiz the owner of this company that was started in April 2019 is a a very dishonest person.He came to give me a paint quote and claimed he was part of a painting company that was in 5 states and I would get my quote by email . The day the job was scheduled to start I still had nothing in writing,so he said he would have the office resend it. I still did not have anything in writing so when he and another guy showed up 2 hours late to do the job I demanded a contract, which he wrote up before I allowed him to start the job. He was doing some prep work for about and hour and then asked for $200 to buy paint and materials for the prep and so I agreed and he provided a receipt for the 200 cash on the contract. He returned a few hours later and began prepping for painting. I had to do an errand and after I left he told my wife that the walls were to dirty to paint and he would not do the job until they were cleaned by us and he said he was leaving and taking everything with him.
