I tried to get service to my downtown condo wirh free loading area right outside my main floor condo but was first given excuse that trucks were too big. I showed them on google maps where they could park. Then i was told its too scary to drive big trucks downtown 🙄 even though i reassured them i am in an area with easy access in and out of downtown without traffic. After reading some other negative reviews I’m actually lucky they refused to come out in the city of Calgary! Not good service!
