I had recently wrote a review claiming I was charged to much for a sewer line repair .I got a call from Charla to discuss ,she told me she would talk to the owner and see what she could do to make things feel fair .The company gave me a refund on part of the original invoice which made me feel that I got treated fairly .Charla explained to me about a few more costs that I didn't account for .I had no problem with the service and workmanship .Thank you Mr swirl and Charla I would use Mr swirl again if I have any other plumbing issues .
