we had a water main valve not functioning. and needed to be replaced richard at burke mountain responded quickly the next day. he was prompt and worked quickly, resolving the issue. he was also very helpful with a toilet shut off valve, explaining what needed to be done. i will call him again, the next time i have an issue.
