Went in looking for a faucet cartridge for an unidentifiable brand, no letters, numbers or logo on the taps and they came with the house. Counter person ask what brand I said no idea. He looked at it and said it's a knockoff of something. He took it in to a room and began looking through drawers or cabinets I could see them. Came back out a while later with something that looked very close. He did more than I expected searching through probably dozens of bags with no way to positively ID the part. The deal he gave me was untouchable. Great service especially considering I had never set foot in the store before.
