Prompt service but situation not resolved and no follow up provided
The technician was very pleasant but unfortunately, the sewer backed up within two days of the sewer drain service. The technician used a camera and was able to confirm that the problem area was on the city side of the sewer, versus on my property. I contacted the City as the technician suggested, but the city needed to know the specific location of the sewer problem, and if the technician had painted a mark on the driveway or sidewalk. I called Rootermaster back, and asked them to return to snake the drain again. I also asked that they use the camera to identify exactly where the problem was. The technician was unable to return my call and the agency would not provide any assistance, directing me to call the city. They city is saying they cannot proceed without additional information.
