Totally agree with Cazza63. My elderly father needed service for his installation and tried numerous times to get hold of Ernie but no return calls for over a month. He seems to have this area under his control. I had to call Regency to complain about their local distributor.. Find someone else for your service needs! Unfortunately I had to give at least one star.
