RWBlue responded immediately to my call for assistance with a hot water heater at our cottage. Of course we were expecting guests within 24 hours and Mr Blue arranged to meet me early in the morning. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed - without having to make additional trips to his shop in town. He is a very knowledgable and pleasant person to deal with as well. I will turn to him with any plumbing issues and know the job will be done well.
