New home and left leaking sewage in our basement, they refused to fix it. Issac has a hard time w/ listening. His communication is awful. We had 22 contractors at our new home and they are the worst. Had to hire another plumber to fix the loose, leaking pipes. Also threatened to sue us, still waiting on their lawyers, report that we made threats at them, despite being yelled at for 5 minutes and having to calm HIM down.
