Grossi Plumbing is the most unprofessional and unreliable firm I have ever dealt with. Their “installation” of my new Bosch dishwasher was a disaster. Worse still, the firm never acknowledged its errors, never rectified the installation problem, and never offered me a refund or any compensation. I wanted to take Grossi Plumbing to Small Claims Court for beach of contract, but I was moving out-of-province. Instead, at the age of 66 - a retired senior citizen receiving the Guaranteed Income Supplement - I spent a month picketing outside their Talbot Street office.
