Imagine for a second that the California DMV ran a golf course... Welcome to Mulligans Creekside Golf Course! Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a golf course! Huge disappointment! The hostess was extremely bitchy and annoyed by our request for a cart and to purchase beer that was for sale behind the counter. This resulted in the "club pro" arriving decked out in his camo cargo shorts asking if, "we had a problem." He was clearly a real tough guy peacocking for the 17-year old working the counter--super creepy vibe. Suffice to say, this is not how you want to start a round of golf. The icing on the cake was being admonished to "keep up with the pace of play" as we walked out of the "clubhouse." For those still reading, the pace of play ended up being 3 hours to play 9-holes. The course was overcrowded with multiple sets of golfers waiting to tee off on each hole.
