We have been getting take-out cuisine from Sora's for close to two years now. With the previous two orders, our second rice had been paid for, but left out of our order. The first time this happened, I returned to pick it up. Not happy, I thought "once could happen to anybody." The second time it happened, I was more than a little miffed. The staff who answered the phone, was apologetic and politely offered us a free "crab salad" the next time we ordered. Several weeks passed and we ordered again. I called and reminded her of the offer. She remembered, and included the crab salad with our order. Well, I think they have devised this plan of "leaving out a little something in order to slide in something new." Oh. My. Goodness! The crab salad is incredible! Sure, you unintentionally left out the rice. I think you knew that I would not ever again be able to place an order at Sora's without also purchasing a container of this delectable salad. Devious, I tell you, Devious, but amazing!
