Fluent engineered floors were in my new home in 2013. They looked nice for the first 5 years however since then the finish has been failing. I have been calling Nation Wood Products ( the distributor) and Lifetime Hardwoods (the installer) for the past year and a half. Neither has bothered to look at the floor. The finish is failing in traffic areas as well as in corners where there is never traffic. I am told that I am still in the warranty period however now neither the installer or distributor will return my calls. This product is flawed and Fluent Floors has lousy customer service.
