We made the bad choice of dealing with Wingren Nufloors Nanaimo in the purchase and installation of click-on vinyl flooring. Throughout the entire process, Wingren Nufloors Nanaimo had proven to be the worst of the 7 companies/trades we dealt with. When the installer left for the day after doing 1 of 2 bathrooms, I checked on his work and was shocked by several issues: I found it disturbing that a number of the newly painted walls were marred and was disappointed in their apparent lack of respect for another tradesperson’s work. More alarming, though, was noticing that the planks nearing walls were cut short and the gaps would not be covered when baseboards were installed. In a number of places, the gap exceeded a one-half (1/2”) inch measure. At the end of the day and after the carpenter came to install the baseboards, we have had to ‘touch up’ a number of deficiencies in the flooring with grout to hide the flaws.
