In 2018 we went to WM Dyck flooring spoke to a sales rep and discussed all our concerns, together we picked out Abode Engineered Hardwood. According to the sales rep it was durable, water resistant, easy to clean, 4 kid friendly, not easily scratched or damaging and if it got scratched it would blend in with the character of the flooring, it also came with residential warranty great nothing to be concerned about right!…. In November 2019 I made my first complaint to the sales rep and since then it has been poor communication since also the sales rep of Abode flooring was a complete douchebag when he came. (New position guess we should have anticipated this). I do not recommend unless you enjoy throwing money away. All we want is what we were guaranteed over the months of looking and discussions, we want replacement or our money back so we can replace with something that will meet our family concerns.
