0% satisfaction. I accepted a quote over a month. I accepted the same day but asked whether the job could be brought forward. I didn't hear anything but apparently he left for a while. I rang the office, spoke to someone in commercial who said that he often read his emails so probably would respond, but nothing, for few weeks until I called him again.They are time wasters and I actually think they wanted to get out of their legal obligation of the accepted quote. Terrible functioning store.
