Probably the most unhelpful store we have encountered. Bad customer service and flooring is exceptionally overpriced. We were very disappointed when we visited the store being ignored by the people serving for quite some time. We called multiple times were put on hold, every time they returned back to the phone they answered it like it was a brand new phone call and completely forgotten about me being on hold. Once we reminded them they said “oh” and put me on hold again..... Once we finally gotten through they passed us over to someone without any knowledge and had to explain everything all over again, but to make it worse this manager had the worst attitude we had ever heard in our life. Just so ridiculous and will never buy from this store again. Most of the employees seemed quite inadequate so we used another company as the staff were much more helpful and product was much better and cheaper. . Sorry
