I jumped up to tell him to stop just in time to see him make a huge gouge in the hardwood. It was deep, through several layers of clear coat and custom stain into the wood to a depth that needed filling. I called my salesman Ray V., he called the store manager, and they both came for a look. Said go ahead and get it repaired, and left me paying for everything!
