Go with a more reputable company or you'll get what you wish you didn't pay for. They would cancel or postpone without notice. They made promises about the job that they completely ignored. They managed to tear chunks out of my hardwood when sanding and did nothing to fix the new holes. They left giant gaps unfilled after I had directly, and repeatedly, asked them to fill them in. I asked them to re-secure loose boards before the job had even started and they assured me that they would fix them and then didn't. The final result looked lifeless and bland, and I can't believe it was the coating/treatment that they recommended. I fully regret doing business with them. They were lazy, inconsistent, and outright lied to me.
