If you want a job done on time, don't go there. I had an install programed and it was changed three times. Customer service should be a top priority when you tell a customer something will be done on time then it should. We pay for it. This is no way to run a railroad. At this company, it appears to be the old pass-buck game. The last person I got to speak with was the manager who told me it would be another hour and a half. I lost an entire day and missed two appointments.
