The area rugs for my living/dining rooms were not standard size so I stopped by Worldwide Flooring for help. I was greeted with a big smile by Greg, a Flooring Specialist, who provided exceptional service during my purchase. I showed him fabric samples and immediately he selected a complimentary color that I hadn’t thought about. His knowledge of the product line and his ability to answer all my questions made my shopping experience much more enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The rugs were delivered yesterday. They are so beautiful. Greg’s dedication to customer service is truly commendable. I was also impressed with Marco, the installer. He moved furniture and was so patient while I decided on placement. He replaced the furniture and vacuumed--totally unexpected---and removed every piece of packaging, leaving my home orderly.
