The owner is terrible and nasty, clearly a bigot, and has no respect for anyone. Everyone's wrong or lying to poor joe. The guy can't keep an employee because of how he treats everyone. Best advice I could give is to not work for joe, maybe subbing from him wouldn't be bad because he wouldn't be around you but as for working for a full out racist... I would pass.
