I will preface my review by saying that Jo and "Floors, Decor and More" was referred to me by a client who had used their services that was quite satisfied with the company's service. But that level of satisfaction is far from what I experienced during my time working with Jo and her team to remodel my kitchen. From start to finish the word I can best use to describe FDM's operation is unprofessional. Because the company and the designer came highly recommended I did not do my research and vet them the way I would have had I not had a personal referral. I have since looked at the reviews online and I can say they are spot on. The reviews of FDM are an eclectic mix of 5 star and 1 star reviews and they are consistent.
