We had them come do our garage floor last year in November. I contacted them back on July 8th as some of the clear coating is coming off. I sent them pictures on this day per their request. I did not hear anything from them until July 28th and they said they would come out and look. They did not come out until August 22nd. This is the last I have heard from them since that day. Very disappointing! If they would have come out and recoated the areas this review would be very different.
