My wife and I wanted to take some wood samples home and Terry told us we'd have to leave a $20 deposit, and that'd we get the deposit back after we returned the samples. Well I returned the samples over 2 months ago and spoke with 3 different people during that time, including Andrew and Terry, and was assured several times that 'the check is in the mail'. At this point, they can keep their 20 bucks. If a company is incapable of properly handling 20 bucks, why would anyone want to purchase thousands of dollars of flooring from them? I already found a legitimate company that I can purchase flooring from anyway.
