I entered into a contract with Kimberly Hawk, Lifetime floors in Cypress. After the fixtures were added the bathroom was flooded. The unlicensed plumbers that she sent cut the gas vent pipe for the drain. Ms. Hawk sent the same plumbers back to prove that the drain was clogged and it was my fault. After they left the drain once again would not drain I had to hire an outside plumber to correct the problem, the drain was not lowered and I cannot use the shower as the room would flood They were to put shelves in and failed to install them. the barn door they installed is about 6 inches too narrow. I have not been reimbursed for any of the expense that they have failed to do. Ms. Hawk has been in touch with me and had not offered to finish my bathroom. She is overpriced, uses bad contractors to save money and it will cost me quit a bit to have my bathroom done right.
