Brought my 98 Silverado in with a very bad transmission, they took care of me right away, the job took exactly how they they quoted and the job was finished almost 200 bux under the price quoted. One of the new transmission parts failed the next day, it turned out to be a freak factory flaw. Kelowna Transmission got me in the next day, they worked overtime to get my back on the road and honoured their warranty without question. Honestly like this is hard to find .
